- Remote Pro Ai's base monthly rates for vetted Mid, Senior and Lead engineers are at least 30% below the median published by comparable vetted-talent vendors serving the GCC, and 37–47% below the European and US medians (Remote Pro Ai price benchmark, October 2026).
- Pricing is quotation-based: per seat per month by seniority band, from USD 4,450 (Mid), USD 5,850 (Senior) and USD 7,600 (Lead), plus practice uplifts (AI & Data +25%, Cybersecurity +15%, Game Development +10%, Cloud & Complex Systems +5%) and modifiers. Price book 2026.10-r43 (2026-10-15).
- Itemised estimates in USD, SAR, AED, EUR or GBP (FX as of 2026-10-08), VAT shown separately, valid 30 days.
- Discounts: 6 months −5%; 12 months −10%; 3+ specialists −4%; verified startups −10% (first 3 months); combined discounts capped at −15%.
- Lane up to USD 25,000/month: self-serve, card or transfer, click-through MSA.
- Lane USD 25,000–100,000/month: reservation with quotation PDF for the PO.
- Lane above USD 100,000/month, government or custom MSA: Enterprise, formal quotation, 7-day hold.
- Reserve-Now: free 72-hour hold; 7 days with a refundable 1-week deposit.
- Minimum term: 1 month for a single specialist; 3 months for squads, pods and managed delivery. After the minimum term, engagements renew monthly with 30 days' notice.
- Conversion fee: 25% of first-year gross salary in months 1–6, 15% in months 7–12, none after 12 months.

## Guarantee facts (Remote Pro Ai Guarantee)
- No-bill trial: 5 working days (self-serve and reservation lanes) or 10 (Enterprise lane), one per company.
- Shortlist of vetted, anonymised profiles within 48 hours in the self-serve flow; named candidates within 72 hours in sales-led engagements.
- Start within 4 working days for every role — bench, off-bench or on-site; for client-clearance roles, from the date the clearance is granted.
- Late start: 1 free working day per late day, capped at 10 per seat.
- Replacement for any reason. A replacement starts within 4 working days; the full handover completes in under 14 days.
- Seat availability at least 95%; response times P1 1 hour, P2 2 hours, P3 4 working hours.
- Service credits are capped at 15% of the monthly fee.

## Growth Team facts
- Qualified held meeting (5 criteria): right company (in the client's ideal customer profile, active registry record), right person (persona title or documented influence), need stated in their own words, held at least 20 minutes with the buyer present on time (it counts even if the client's representative misses it), net-new and not excluded (not an existing customer, partner, employee or active prospect in 90 days). Consent is recorded (PDPL / GDPR + PECR / CAN-SPAM + TCPA), your account manager approves before the invite and the executive brief goes out 24 hours before.
- Meeting Quality Score 0–100 (company fit 20, attendee authority 20, stated need 20, timing 10, engagement 15, next step 10, process 5): 70 or more counts; 55–69 counts only if the client accepts; below 55 is replaced.
- Offer (terms approved 15 Oct 2026): all-inclusive service (team, data, tools, AI system). Minimum 3-month term at SAR 22,500/month (USD 6,000), or a 6-month term at SAR 18,750/month (USD 5,000), excl. 15 % VAT. No tiers, no setup fee, no pass-through costs.
- Team per client: one dedicated team of senior sales developers, matched to your target market, with a dedicated account manager who follows up with the client. Members work through Remote Pro Ai; names and headcount are not disclosed; not tied to any nationality.
- Guarantee in the official contract: 10 counted meetings per month (12 is the team's target, not a guarantee). First two weeks are setup, so month 1 delivers 60 %: 6 counted meetings; month 2 onward 10; a Ramadan month 7. Each missing meeting is refunded at fee ÷ 10 (SAR 2,250 / USD 600 on the 3-month term, SAR 1,875 / USD 500 on the 6-month term), the client's choice of a cash refund within 10 business days or 120 % as service credit, capped at the month's fee. Every counted meeting beyond 10 is billed at SAR 1,875 (USD 500) + VAT, only within the cap the client chose at signing (10 only / up to 12 / up to 15 / open — the cap values 0 / 2 / 5 / no limit), invoiced when counted.
- AI drafts, personalises and prioritises; the team reviews and approves every message and makes every call (no AI voice calls). The client accepts or disputes each meeting within 2 working days (silence = acceptance). No-shows and disputed meetings never count and are replaced within 10 working days.
- The client chooses the target market: GCC, EU or US (one market per contract). The guarantee covers meetings, not deals.
