Discrepancy explanation

Something didn’t match, for example a date or a job title. Explain it here before anyone makes a decision.

Result visibility

You see every result we see. Clients see only that your check is complete, never the details.

Data retention notice

We keep check results for 12 months after the check, then delete them; only the completion flag and date stay on your record. You can ask for a copy at any time.
