Conversion fee: 15% · SAR 27,400

Waived: Engineer A has been on assignment for 12 months or more.

The conversion fee is 25% of the engineer’s first-year gross salary in months 1–⁠6 and 15% in months 7–⁠12, and it is waived after 12 months on assignment.
