Site terms
These terms cover this website: public pages, downloads, and the authenticated client portal and staff consoles. The Growth Team service itself is governed by your signed contract.
1. Information, not an offer
Prices and terms on this site reproduce the Growth Team offer of price book 2026.10-r47 (Gulf market): 20 closing-ready meetings per 30-day delivery month at USD 275 (SAR 1,031) each, USD 5,500 (SAR 20,625) for a month of 20, excl. 15% VAT, month to month; the first month billed per accepted meeting; 2 closed deals within 30 days or further work at no charge; a meeting that misses the four written criteria replaced within 10 days or refunded in cash within 5 business days. The signed contract and its terms govern.
2. Intake
New clients are accepted after the free 5-day market check, within capacity measured by Remote Pro Ai. Acceptance is at Remote Pro Ai's discretion.
3. Downloads
Files on the downloads page may be shared within your organisation for evaluation. They remain the property of Remote Pro Ai and may not be republished or altered.
4. Accounts and credentials
Client portal and console access is by username and password issued by Remote Pro Ai. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other clients' data, interfere with the service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
6. Portal data
Figures in the client portal (counted meetings, ledger, amounts due) are computed by the contract rules; they cannot be edited by hand. Where portal figures and the signed contract differ, the contract governs.
7. Intellectual property
The Remote Pro Ai name and brand, the platform, its 23 agents and all site content belong to the two companies that own Remote Pro Ai in full partnership (Ebug Information Technology, Cairo; Mohammed Ali Al Khuraim Information Systems Technology Co., Al-Khobar) or their licensors.
8. No guarantee of revenue
The Growth Team guarantees closing-ready meetings and 2 closed deals within 30 days as defined in the contract (summary in /legal/terms#commercial). Beyond those clauses Remote Pro Ai does not guarantee revenue. Scope ends at the meeting unless the client adds the close option (USD 1,500 per deal closed by us); Remote Pro Ai never signs on the client's behalf.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Governing law
Saudi law; amicable settlement within 15 days, then the competent court in the Kingdom.
