How it works

How we deliver 20 closing-ready meetings a month

14 days of free setup, then a 30-day delivery month in your name. A person makes every call; the prospect's own e-mail is the evidence.

The Growth Engine: Define → Build → Research & signals → Outreach → Qualify & confirm → Deliver & improve, with outputs under each phase.

Six phases turn a wide market into 20 closing-ready meetings a month.

A 90-minute kick-off led by your dedicated account manager sets your Ideal Customer Profile, the decision-maker roles, the value message per role, your exclusions (customers, open deals, competitors, names never to contact) and your tone.

Phase 1 · Day 1

Define

What happens. A 90-minute kick-off led by your dedicated account manager sets your Ideal Customer Profile, the decision-maker roles, the value message per role, your exclusions (customers, open deals, competitors, names never to contact) and your tone.

Your part. Bring the person who knows your buyers best; approve the written targeting within 2 business days.

Output: Written, approved targeting
Phase 2 · Days 2–14

Build

What happens. Sending domains, mailboxes and numbers in your company's name, warmed up gradually. A verified account base against the ICP, an account sample and messaging per role.

Your part. Review the sample and the messaging. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Output: Approved sample and messaging
Phase 3 · Ongoing

Research & signals

What happens. The platform tracks hiring, licenses, funding, expansion, events and tenders across your base, and prepares a research card before every contact: role, context, the signal that makes now the right time, the angle to open with.

Output: Daily priority list
Phase 4 · From Day 15

Outreach

What happens. Daily calls from a ranked list, personal messages in your voice, every reply read on arrival, every opt-out honored at once. Telephone, email and manual LinkedIn; no LinkedIn automation; WhatsApp only with express consent.

Output: Live activity log
Phase 5 · Every meeting

Qualify & confirm

What happens. Each meeting is checked against the four written criteria and signed off by your dedicated account manager before it counts: the brief, the prospect's e-mail, the recording reference and the scorecard sit in your portal. The Triple-Lock protects attendance.

Your part. Attend within 5 days of booking, with the person named at onboarding. Accept or object within 2 business days, naming the criterion.

Output: Scorecard + evidence
Phase 6 · Weekly

Deliver & improve

What happens. A follow-up kit within 4 hours of every meeting, records synced to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, an early forecast, and weekly tuning of targeting and messaging on what the market said.

Output: Thursday video report

The Triple-Lock

The Triple-Lock: how every meeting is confirmed

About 6 in 10 meetings booked by outside agencies are actually held (Focus Digital, 2026). Every meeting here passes the triple confirmation before your representative sits down.

Lock 1 · 24 hours before
Written confirmation of time, agenda and attendees, from your company's domain.
Lock 2 · A personal call from your team
A member of your sector cell confirms time, agenda and attendees by phone. A person, never a message alone.
Lock 3 · 2 hours before
A short reminder on the attendee's preferred channel.

Every step is logged on the meeting card in your portal.

A prospect no-show is rebooked, never billed and never counted. If your representative misses a meeting, or cancels less than 4 business hours ahead, it counts as held.

The platform researches and prepares. Only a person calls, writes in your name and confirms.

14 days of setup, then 20 closing-ready meetings in delivery month 1.

Day 0

Contract by e-mail: no setup fee, no payment on signature

Days 1–14

Setup, free and outside the month: ideal customer profile and exclusions, messaging for your approval, numbers and sending addresses in your company's name, your team introduced by name on video

Day 15

Outreach starts in your name; the 30-day delivery month runs from this date

Weekly

Meetings land in your calendar, each with a brief, the prospect's e-mail, the recording reference and the scorecard; you accept or object within 2 business days

Day 44

Statement of delivered, accepted, replaced and refunded meetings, then the invoice; month 1 was billed weekly per accepted meeting

Before Day 1 we agree in writing: your ideal customer profile, your price or price range for the offer summary, the Minimum Deal Value that counts as a closed deal, your exclusion list, the person who attends meetings and your decision-maker for the closing meeting, and the messaging templates.

The 30-day deal clock starts with the first delivered meeting: 2 deals close within it, or we keep working at no charge until they do.

What makes a meeting closing-ready

Four written criteria. All four must hold, and each is checked against a document you can open in your portal, not against our word.

  1. 01The budget decision-maker is in the meeting: the person who can approve the spend, or the delegate they named in writing. A title alone is not enough; we confirm the mandate on the call.
  2. 02Need and timing confirmed on a recorded call: the prospect states, in their own words, the problem to solve and when they intend to decide. The recording reference is attached to the meeting record.
  3. 03The prospect has received your offer summary: a one-page summary with your price or price range as agreed at onboarding, sent and acknowledged before the meeting.
  4. 04The prospect asked for the meeting in writing: a formal e-mail from the prospect's company address requesting the meeting to discuss contracting. This e-mail is the evidence, and it is yours to keep.

Your two days

Accept or object within 2 business days of the scorecard, naming the criterion. Silence is acceptance. An objection is decided within 2 business days by a service head outside your account team, from the recording and the written record; the decision reaches you in writing. A meeting that does not qualify is replaced within 10 days or refunded in cash, USD 275, within 5 business days.

Not unqualified

The buyer didn't buy; your representative was absent or late; a name added to the exclusion list after the meeting; your ideal customer profile changed mid-month.

No-show

A prospect no-show is rebooked at our cost, never billed and never counted toward your 20.

Evidence

For every meeting you hold four documents in your portal: the pre-meeting brief, the prospect's e-mail requesting the meeting, the call recording reference, and the four-criteria scorecard signed off by your dedicated account manager.

Your weekly rhythm

Sunday

the weekly plan: priority accounts, signals in play, meetings scheduled.

Every meeting

a brief 24 hours before, a follow-up kit within 4 hours after.

Thursday

a video report: what happened, what was learned, what changes.

Any message

a reply within 1 business hour.

Monthly

the statement: delivered, accepted, replaced and refunded meetings, and the 30-day deal clock, before the invoice.

Any month

end the contract by e-mail: no notice period, no minimum term, no fee.

All of it in your portal, in Arabic and English, next to the guarantee ledger.
