Quality 95% · within the floor

One month, as the contract counts it.

  1. Qualification floor

At least 18 of 20 meetings qualify in every delivery month, against the four written criteria. You hold a scorecard per meeting, the prospect's e-mail, and a monthly statement before the invoice.

    Clause 1
  2. Replace before refund

A missing or unqualified meeting is replaced within 10 days; if not replaced, USD 450 is refunded in cash within 5 business days, not as a credit note.

    Clause 2
  3. Two closed deals in 30 days

2 deals close within 30 days of the first delivered meeting. "Closed" means a signed contract or a first invoice paid, at or above the Minimum Deal Value set with you at onboarding.

    Clause 3
  4. We keep working free

If the 2 deals have not closed within 30 days, we keep working at no charge until they do: further months without an invoice, the same team, the same criteria.

    Clause 4
  5. Your obligations

The guarantee holds while you: attend within 5 days of booking; answer proposal and pricing requests within 48 hours; bring your decision-maker to the closing meeting; keep pricing within the agreed range.

    Clause 5
  6. Sector exclusivity

While you are a client, we do not work for your direct competitor in your metro. An exclusivity clause in the contract, not a verbal promise.

    Clause 6
  7. Exit by e-mail

Month to month: no notice period, no minimum term, setup fee USD 0. One e-mail ends the contract; you pay only for meetings you have accepted.

    Clause 7

Fourteen rules. That is the whole offer.

RuleWhat it means
01Qualification floorAt least 18 of 20 meetings qualify in every 30‑day delivery month, against the four written criteria. You hold a scorecard per meeting, the prospect's e-mail, and a monthly statement before the invoice.
02Replace before refundA missing or unqualified meeting is replaced within 10 days; if not replaced, USD 450 is refunded in cash within 5 business days, not as a credit note. Refunds in a month never exceed the month's fee.
03Two closed deals in 30 days2 deals close within 30 days of the first delivered meeting. "Closed" means a signed contract or a first invoice paid, at or above the Minimum Deal Value set with you at onboarding. The 30‑day clock runs in your portal.
04We keep working freeIf the 2 deals have not closed within 30 days, we keep working at no charge until they do: further months without an invoice, the same team, the same criteria.
05Your obligationsThe guarantee holds while you: attend within 5 days of booking, with the person named at onboarding; answer proposal and pricing requests within 48 hours; bring your decision-maker to the closing meeting; keep pricing within the agreed range. Four written obligations, no more.
06Sector exclusivityWhile you are a client, we do not work for your direct competitor in your metro. The exclusion is written into the contract.
07Exit by e-mailMonth to month: no notice period, no minimum term, setup fee USD 0. One e-mail ends the contract; you pay only for meetings you have accepted, and any advance for meetings not yet accepted is returned on the final statement.
08What qualifiesFour written criteria, each checked against a document in your portal: the budget decision-maker is in the meeting; need and timing are confirmed on a recorded call; the prospect has received your offer summary with your price or price range; the prospect asked for the meeting in writing, from their company address.
09The objection windowAccept or object within 2 business days of the scorecard; silence is acceptance. An objection names the criterion and is decided within 2 business days by a service head outside your account team, not the caller and not your dedicated account manager, from the recording and the written record. The decision reaches you in writing; only accepted meetings are billed.
10No-showA prospect no-show is rebooked at our cost, never billed and never counted. If your representative misses a meeting, or cancels less than 4 business hours ahead, it counts as held.
11Price and billingUSD 450 per meeting; USD 9,000 for a month of 20. Month 1: per accepted meeting, weekly invoice, nothing upfront. From month 2: monthly in advance; refunds and replacements settle on the statement. USD invoice, paid by bank wire or card. No setup fee.
12Customize, and the close option20 to 60 meetings a month in steps of 5, at the same price and the same guarantee per meeting. Optional, your choice: our closing team takes the meeting through proposal, negotiation and signature, with your approval at every step, for USD 1,500 per deal closed by us; nothing if you close it yourself.
13Market check and setupA free 5‑day market check before you sign: one questionnaire call, your ideal customer profile and 50 named target companies, then a go or no-go review at no cost. After signature, 14 days of free setup outside the month; outreach starts on day 15.
14Scope and statusScope ends at the meeting unless you add the close option. We never sign on your behalf. Beyond the two closed deals of clause 3, we do not guarantee revenue. The Master Services Agreement, the contracting entity, governing law and venue are set with US counsel before signature; the signed MSA prevails over this page.

Why we don't accept everyone

We can refund every meeting that misses because we choose who we sign: markets that can carry 20 a month, and teams ready to close them.

Your market can carry 20

At least 1,200 matching accounts, 3,000 decision-makers and 40% phone coverage over 6 months, measured in your free 5‑day market check.

Your team is ready to close

A named sales representative attends every meeting, and your first-year deal value is at least USD 36,000.

We have a seat for you this month

We take a limited number of new clients each month, set by our measured team capacity.

Who we're not for

  • Companies with no paying customers yet
  • No salesperson to attend the meetings
  • A first-year deal value below USD 36,000
  • Selling to consumers (B2C)
Show 4 more
  • Government buyers reached only through tenders
  • A market that didn't pass the market check
  • Requests for cold WhatsApp or automated LinkedIn
  • A direct competitor of a client we serve in the same market segment, unless that client agrees in writing
New-client seats this monthSample data

Next intake opens on 1 December 2026. We publish the number of open seats once it is measured from live team capacity.

How we count: measured capacity × 0.9, minus meetings owed to current clients, divided by 20.

Twelve questions, answered from the MSA

The questions buyers ask most, answered from the Guarantee and the Master Services Agreement. Where this page and the signed MSA differ, the MSA prevails.

Why is this cheaper than agencies that promise less?
We bill the accepted meeting, not activity. No retainer, no reporting fee, USD 0 setup. USD 450 buys one Closing-Ready Meeting, or a replacement or cash refund under Section 2.
Where does the team sit, and what numbers do they call from?
A contracted delivery network with native-English callers, covering Eastern to Pacific business hours. Calls go out from US local numbers opened in your company's name.
Who signs, and under which law?
Remote Pro Ai is two licensed companies in full partnership: the Cairo headquarters and the Saudi company. The MSA, contracting entity, governing law and venue are set with US counsel before signature.
What if my prospect no-shows?
A no-show is never billed and never counts toward your 20. We rebook it at our cost.
What exactly counts as a Closed Deal?
A signed contract or a first invoice paid, at or above the Minimum Deal Value you set with us at onboarding. Nothing else counts.
Who decides an objection?
A service head outside your account team, from the recording and the written record, within 2 business days. The decision reaches you in writing.
Can I cancel after one month?
Yes. Month to month, no minimum term, no notice period, USD 0 setup. Cancel by e-mail; you pay only for meetings already accepted. Any unused advance is returned on the final statement.
Do you work with my competitors?
Not while you are a client. Sector exclusivity in your metro is written into the MSA (Section 6): we do not work for your direct competitor there.
What if you deliver fewer than 18 qualified?
Each meeting below 20, missing or unqualified, is replaced within 10 days or refunded in cash, USD 450, within 5 business days. A refund, not a credit (Section 2).
What do you need from my side?
Attend within 5 days of booking, answer proposal and pricing requests within 48 hours, bring your decision-maker to the closing meeting, keep pricing within the agreed range (Section 5).
How do you handle data and compliance?
B2B contact data from licensed providers. Human dialing only, no autodialers or robocalls. CAN-SPAM-compliant e-mail; opt-outs honored within 1 business day. A DPA and mutual NDA on request.
Can you close the deal for me?
Yes, your choice. Our closing team takes the meeting through proposal, negotiation and signature, with your approval at every step: USD 1,500 per deal closed by us. Nothing if you close it.
