What personal data this website collects, why, and your rights: for visitors, Snapshot requests and anyone submitting the fit check, and users of the client portal and staff consoles.
1. Who we are
The website and the Growth Team service are operated by Remote Pro Ai, two licensed companies in full partnership: Ebug Information Technology, Cairo (headquarters and delivery), and Mohammed Ali Al Khuraim Information Systems Technology Co., Al-Khobar (Gulf operations). For this website, we are the data controller. The contracting entity for US clients is set in the Master Services Agreement.
2. What we collect
Forms: the details you enter when you request the free market check, when submitting the fit check, or when you book a fit session (name, work email, company, business field, website, address, role, phone, markets, sector, team size, deal size, sales cycle, CRM, languages, start date, notes). Portal and consoles: login credentials (username and password), activity you perform in the portal, and the account data processed under your contract. Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time). Downloads require no registration.
3. Why we use it
To run your free market check and reply to you; to arrange the fit session; to operate the client portal and consoles under your contract; to keep the site secure; to meet legal and accounting obligations (including invoicing for clients).
4. Legal basis
Your consent (forms), the performance of a contract (clients), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and language preference. Analytics: none / tool name.
6. Who sees it
Our Growth Team and operations staff who need it to respond to you; service providers that host the site and send email on our behalf, under contract.
7. Where it is kept
Account data for Growth Team clients is stored on servers located in Saudi Arabia, where our Gulf operating company is based, under the data processing agreement. For US clients, the Master Services Agreement prepared with US counsel sets the contracting entity, governing law and venue, and any additional hosting terms. Website form data: location.
8. How long
Snapshot requests: months months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client data: for the term of the contract and the period required by law. Server logs: days days.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to object to a use. Write to the privacy contact above; we respond within the period required by the applicable law.
10. Outreach on behalf of clients
When the Growth Team contacts prospects on behalf of a client, the client is the data controller and we act under the data processing agreement, with a consent log and a do-not-contact list. Opt-outs are honored at once. No LinkedIn automation; human dialing only, no autodialers or robocalls; CAN-SPAM-compliant e-mail with opt-out honored within 1 business day; B2B contact data from licensed providers.
