The Growth Team guarantee is a clause in your official contract: 10 counted meetings with qualified buyers every month. The first two weeks are setup, so month 1 guarantees 60 %: 6 counted meetings; from month 2, the full 10; in a Ramadan month, 7. If fewer meetings are counted, each missing meeting is refunded at one tenth of the monthly fee (SAR 2,250 (USD 600) on the 3-month term, SAR 1,875 (USD 500) on the 6-month term), as a cash refund within 10 working days or 120 % as service credit, your choice.   • Monthly guarantee

    10 counted meetings a month with buyers who match your ideal customer profile. The team’s target is 12; the target is not a promise.

  • Month 1

    Two weeks of setup; 60 % of the guarantee applies: 6 counted meetings. A Ramadan month guarantees 7.

  • Refund

    Each meeting short of the guarantee is refunded at one tenth of the monthly fee: your choice of a cash refund within 10 working days or 120 % as service credit, capped at the month’s fee.

  • Extra meetings

    Every counted meeting beyond 10 in a month is billed at SAR 1,875 (USD 500) + VAT, within the cap you choose at signing (10 only · up to 12 · up to 15 · open), and invoiced when it is counted.

  • Your veto

    You can accept or dispute any meeting within 2 working days, with one click and a reason; a disputed meeting never counts.

  • No-shows

    A meeting the buyer does not attend never counts and is replaced within 10 working days.

  • Quality

    A meeting counts at a quality score of 70 or more out of 100, checked by your account manager before it is booked.

What counts as a held meeting

A meeting of at least 20 minutes, attended by your named representative and by the right buyer at a company in your ideal customer profile, who stated the need in their own words, net-new and not excluded, with consent on record. Your account manager approves it before the invite, and you receive a short brief 24 hours ahead.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Deals or revenue: closing stays with your sales team.
  • A replacement for a meeting your representative missed: if the buyer attended on time and this is documented, the meeting counts as held.
  • Months in which you pause outreach or change the target market mid-month; the guarantee restarts with the next full month.
