Who can open an account
Businesses and their authorised people. One verified company record per legal entity.
- Accounts are for businesses; you confirm you are 18 or over and authorised to act for your company
- Company details are verified through registries: Wathq (KSA), licence and TRN (UAE), VIES (EU)
- Sign in with SSO or a passkey; keep credentials secure and remove users who leave your company
- We may suspend an account that gives false information or fails sanctions screening

How checkout works, lane by lane
Your monthly value decides the lane. Each lane has its own contract and payment path.

- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue
- Bench holds are free for 72 hours, or 7 days with a refundable 1-week deposit or under a formal quotation
- Deposits are refunded within 10 working days if you cancel the hold before it expires or if we cannot deliver
- Minimum term: 1 month for a single specialist and 3 months for squads, pods and managed delivery, then automatic monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice; reminders 45, 30 and 7 days before the minimum term ends

5 working days in the self-serve and reservation lanes, 10 in the enterprise lane. Not satisfied, not billed.
Each company receives 1 no-bill trial, counted across all accounts, users and entities in the same corporate group. The clock starts on the engineers’ first working day. Seats added later do not start a new trial, and replacing an engineer does not restart the clock. During the trial, you can re-match engineers at no cost. If you end the trial before it finishes, you are not billed for the trial days. Creating extra accounts to obtain more trials voids them, and the days used become billable.

Outputs from the Scope Agent, instant quote, availability display, RFP agent and voice agent are indicative. They may contain errors and do not create a contract, price commitment or guarantee until a signed Statement of Work or formal quotation confirms them. A person at Remote Pro Ai reviews every AI-drafted document before you sign it.
Liability for using our sites and tools
Website and tool use is provided as available. Engagement liability is set by the MSA.
- Websites, portals and free tools are provided as available, without warranties beyond those the law requires
- We are not liable for losses caused by relying on indicative AI outputs before a signed document
- Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud
- For booked engagements, liability is governed by the MSA, including its cap of 12 months’ fees
Which law applies
Your account’s market sets the governing law, using the same variants as our contracts.
Account holders are governed by the law of the variant chosen for their contract pack: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Ireland for EU clients, England and Wales, New York or Egypt; other markets use the England and Wales variant. Visitors without an account are governed by the default law below. Mandatory local consumer or data-protection rules always continue to apply.
