Remote Pro Ai’s Growth Team is an outsourced, all-inclusive sales development service. A dedicated team of senior sales developers, overseen by a dedicated account manager, works the target market you choose. AI drafts, personalises and prioritises; our team reviews and approves every message and makes the calls. The contract guarantees 10 counted meetings a month (6 in month 1, while the team sets up; 7 in a Ramadan month), refunds every missing meeting at one tenth of the fee and bills every counted meeting beyond 10 at SAR 1,875 (USD 500) + VAT, within the cap you choose at signing (10 only · up to 12 · up to 15 · open). The team aims for 12 a month; 12 is a target, not a promise. Price: SAR 22,500 a month (USD 6,000) on a 3-month minimum, or SAR 18,750 a month (USD 5,000) on a 6-month term, excl. VAT.

10 a month, guaranteed
We guarantee 10 counted meetings every month, written into your contract (6 in month 1; 7 in a Ramadan month). The team aims for 12, but 12 is a target, not a promise. Every meeting short of the guarantee is refunded at one tenth of the monthly fee.
Month 1: 60 % · then 100 %
The first two weeks are setup, so month 1 delivers 60 % of the guarantee: 6 counted meetings. From month 2, the full 10 applies.
Accept or dispute within 2 working days
You have 2 working days after each meeting to accept it or dispute it, with one click and a reason. Silence counts as acceptance.
No-shows replaced ≤ 10 working days
No-shows and disputed meetings are never billed, and each one is replaced within 10 working days.
Quality score 70+ counts
Every meeting gets a Meeting Quality Score from 0 to 100: 70 or more counts unless you dispute it within 2 working days, 55–⁠69 counts only if you accept it, and below 55 is replaced automatically.
Setup: 2 weeks
Day 0 you sign and choose your target market, Day 1 is the kickoff with your account manager, and the first two weeks set up accounts, messages and sender identity. Outreach and calls start on Day 15.

A meeting counts only when it meets all 5 criteria, and you have a 2-working-day dispute window. If the prospect does not show, the meeting is not counted and is replaced.
What counts as a meeting
Refund: your fee ÷ 10 per missing meeting
Below the guaranteed 10, each missing meeting is refunded in cash within 10 working days, or as 120% credit. A credit is always its own credit note, never a negative invoice line.
