    We meet clients in Riyadh and Dubai by appointment, at your premises or a meeting venue we book, for executive briefings, public-sector engagements and UAE, European and North American relationships. These are meeting cities, not offices: choose “Client meeting” in the booking form and we confirm the venue.

The head office is in Cairo at 34 Ibn Al-Nafis St., Makram Ebeid, Nasr City. It is our engineering and delivery hub and hosts most practices and the Governance Office. Saudi clients can also visit our Al-Khobar office, and we meet clients by appointment in Riyadh and Dubai.

Yes. Our Saudi office is in Al-Khobar, in Al-Thuqbah District on Makkah Al-Mukarramah St., and runs on-site squads, localisation and Build-Operate-Transfer centres. We meet Riyadh clients by appointment. In Saudi Arabia, contracts and invoices are issued by Mohammed Ali Al Khuraim Information Systems Technology Co., the Saudi company that owns and represents the Remote Pro Ai brand in the Kingdom; it holds a Commercial Registration, is registered with ZATCA and GOSI, and its LCGPA local-content certificate is in progress.

Yes. Clients have a contractual right to audit our facilities and records with 10 working days’ notice. Book the audit through the visit form and choose “Facility audit”. Our Governance Office prepares the evidence pack, including access logs, security controls and policy records, before you arrive.

Our Cairo and Al-Khobar offices open Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 local time, closing on public holidays. Client meetings in Riyadh and Dubai are by appointment. Delivery squads work to the calendar in your Statement of Work, which can include shifted hours to cover European mornings or US East Coast afternoons.

Registration, licence and tax numbers for our Egyptian, Saudi and UAE entities are shared in the data-room pack under NDA. Request them through the procurement pack builder or ask your account contact. The pack also includes audited statements and insurance certificates.
