Every document is a certified copy with its issue and expiry dates printed on the cover sheet. Expired copies are never added to a pack. A document under renewal is included in its latest valid version, with a letter stating when the renewed copy is due.

A signed letter naming your contacts and signatories

The pack includes a bilingual (Arabic and English) letter of authority on Remote Pro Ai letterhead, signed electronically by an authorised officer, naming the contracting entity, authorised signatories and the account contact for your organisation.

Sending opens your email app with your answers filled in, addressed to info@remote-pro.ai. Nothing is sent until you press Send there.

Each document carries a QR code that opens a verification page in the Trust Center, showing the issue date, validity and the file's digital fingerprint. If a file is altered in any way after download, the page shows it no longer matches the registered copy. Any reviewer can use the code from any device, without an account.

Expired copies are never added to a pack. A document under renewal appears in its latest valid version, with a letter stating when the new copy is due. If you turn on alerts, the renewed copy is sent to the email you choose automatically, so our file with you stays current without follow-up. You can switch alerts off at any time.

Yes. Create a share link valid for 7 or 30 days, with optional password protection, or download the pack as a ZIP. Everyone who opens the link sees the same documents and verification codes. You can revoke the link at any time before it expires, and access stops immediately for everyone who received it.
