Discovery (2 weeks): requirements, user journeys, architecture, risk register, and a milestone plan with acceptance criteria.

Design: UX flows, clickable prototypes and a bilingual (Arabic and English) design system, signed off before the build.

Build milestones: 2-week sprints with a demo each sprint and a test environment open to you; each milestone has its own criteria.

Test and acceptance: automated, security and performance testing, then user acceptance testing by your team.

Launch and warranty: store or production release, documentation and handover, then a 60-day warranty.

Pay for accepted milestones, not effort
After discovery you receive a fixed price for each milestone, itemised by role and phase. Each milestone is invoiced only once it passes its acceptance criteria. Discovery is priced separately, so you can take its plan elsewhere if you choose.

Every milestone lists functional criteria, performance budgets and security tests in the SOW, agreed before the first line of code.
You review each milestone within the review window set in the SOW and accept it or list defects.
Defects against the criteria are fixed at our cost before acceptance.
A 60-day warranty after go-live: defects in accepted scope are fixed free.
Optional Care Plan or Managed Delivery for ongoing development afterwards.
Review window: 5 working days per milestone. Defects against the criteria are fixed within 10 working days. A milestone with no response after 10 working days is deemed accepted.
Your code, your IP, on payment
All work product, including source code, designs, models and documentation, is assigned to you as each milestone is paid. Code lives in your repository from the first commit, and source-code escrow is available at our cost.

You list the defects against the written criteria during the review window, and we fix them at our cost and resubmit. The milestone is invoiced only after it passes. If a disagreement remains, the delivery lead reviews the milestone with your team under a procedure written into the contract, and the SOW sets out your remedies.
Yes. Raise a change request in Client OS as text, a voice note or a screenshot, and we return its effect on hours, price and timeline before any work starts. You add the feature, swap it for a lower-priority one or defer it. Approved changes become a signed SOW amendment.
Yes. Code is committed to your repository from day one, not at the end, with documentation, deployment guides and the open-source component list. You own everything delivered in milestones you have paid for, so stopping leaves you with working, documented increments. Your own engineers can review every pull request from the start.
Every project includes a 60-day warranty after go-live, covering defects in accepted scope at no charge. Afterwards you can subscribe to a monthly Care Plan for security patches, store updates, monitoring and small improvements, or move the team to Managed Delivery or Team Extension for ongoing roadmap work.
