How our pricing works
Every price on this site comes from one published price book (version 2026.10-r43). A specialist’s monthly rate depends on level (Mid 4–6 years, Senior 6–9, Lead 9+) and practice, for 160 hours of remote work a month. AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Game Development and Cloud & Complex Systems carry a practice rate above the base.
Our base rates are at least 30% below the median rate that comparable vetted-talent vendors publish for engineers in the GCC, and further below the European and US medians. We re-run this benchmark every October.
Longer terms and larger squads cost less: 6 months −5%, 12 months −10%, 3 or more specialists −4%, verified startups −10% for 3 months. Combined discounts never exceed 15%. Packs and fixed-price builds are calculated from the same rates and never cost more than booking the seats separately.
Prices exclude VAT; your quote adds the VAT that applies to the contracting entity and your country. SAR and AED follow the official pegs; EUR and GBP use the exchange rates dated in the price book.
Full time is the contracted working week in the delivery location. Half-time seats are available for many roles and quoted by hours. A practice lead confirms each engineer’s band through live assessment.
