Because a guarantee is only credible if you can check it. Today this page shows the figure we can already trace to a source: 3.4% of applicants pass 5 gates. From November 2026 it adds monthly shortlist, start-date, trial, replacement, availability and NPS figures from the same system that calculates client service credits.

From the first publication they are calculated from operational records: Client OS events for shortlist, start and replacement times, approved timesheets for availability, and NPS surveys. The published figures are not typed in by hand. From November 2026 the figures are published monthly, and the machine-readable feed on status.remote-pro.ai/kpis follows the same schedule for analysts and procurement tools.

Only delays caused on the client side, such as late access, a requested start-date change or waiting for a client-required security clearance. The number of excluded cases is shown beside each metric, so you can judge the effect yourself. Nothing is excluded because of a failure on our side.

It stays visible, with a short note explaining the cause and the fix. Individual clients are protected regardless: when we miss a commitment on your engagement, the service credit in your contract is applied to your next invoice. Context notes stay on the page until the metric recovers.

It is the share of contractual commitments met, across all clients and models. From November 2026, the monthly KPIs on this page publish it and break performance down into shortlist, start-date, replacement and availability commitments.

Not yet. No independent assurance engagement is scheduled today; if we commission one, the transparency report will name the provider and the scope. Until then, every figure is calculated from operational records with published definitions, and your monthly service report shows the same measures for your engagement.

Yes. Your monthly service report shows the same measures for your team alone: start date per seat, monthly availability, response times and the credits due and applied. You can raise a query on any figure, and the report can go to your finance contact as well.
