We publish the local ratio on Gulf squads, the share of women across practices and our full vetting funnel in our transparency report. We support registering our Saudi entity on Etimad, its LCGPA local-content certificate is in progress, and every Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) centre follows a written plan to raise its local ratio.

Every specialist is Mid, Senior or Lead level with at least 4 years of verified experience. We never place juniors.
We deliver in Arabic and English. Every client-facing lead works in English, and Gulf squads include Arabic speakers for Arabic-first products, government documentation and stakeholder workshops.
