ESG reporting

Impact you can audit, not just read about

Remote Pro Ai reports impact in 5 pillars: Gulf engineering capacity, women in technology, talent development, governance and environment. Each has a metric and an owner.

Governance commitments, including our policies and client audit rights, live in the Trust Center. Everything else is reported in the transparency report.

In short

Remote Pro Ai reports its impact in 5 pillars: local engineering capacity in the Gulf, women in technology, talent development for its specialists, governance and environment. Results, including local ratios on Gulf squads and the full vetting funnel, appear in our transparency report, published quarterly from Q1 2027. We support registering our Saudi entity on Etimad, and its LCGPA local-content certificate is in progress.

Every commitment on this page has a metric, an owner and a place where it is published.

Local content in Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Mohammed Ali Al Khuraim Information Systems Technology Co., the Saudi company that owns and represents the Remote Pro Ai brand in the Kingdom, holds a Commercial Registration; its Etimad and DGA registrations and its LCGPA local-content certificate are in progress. Government and giga-project buyers receive our local-content details in the procurement pack, so they can plan their own LCGPA scoring with real data.

  • Saudization (Nitaqat)

Our Saudi entity is in the Green band; the certificate is in the procurement pack.

  • Saudi talent on squads

The squad behind Case P-01, a national citizen-services platform, ran with a 33% Saudi ratio.

  • Sensitive security roles

Staffed with Saudi nationals, on-site in Riyadh or from our Al-Khobar office, where NCA ECC-2:2024 requires it.

  • Build-Operate-Transfer

BOT centres raise their local ratio on a written plan agreed on day one.

  • Knowledge transfer

Senior and Lead engineers coach the client’s own local leadership hires before transfer.

  • UAE

Our application for ADNOC In-Country Value (ICV) certification is in progress. Our UAE entity is Emiratisation-compliant.

Women in technology

Women work across all 9 practices, from cybersecurity and AI to design and sales. We publish the share of women by practice and level each year, so progress is visible and not just stated.

What we commit to

  • Publish the share of women by practice and level every year.
  • Review pay by level and role every year, and correct gaps.
  • Include at least one woman on every Lead-level interview panel.
  • Offer hybrid working on every internal role where the client allows it.
Current figure
women make up 34% of our specialists.

Talent development for our specialists

Our bar is high by design: 3.4% of applicants pass 5 gates. Once inside, specialists grow on a clear path with published criteria for each level.

  • 3 levels, clear criteria

Mid (4–6 years), Senior (6–9) and Lead (9+), with written promotion criteria.

  • Certification paths

Each practice runs its own path of vendor and industry certifications.

  • Learning in Talent OS

Courses, assessments and credentials tracked in one profile.

  • Peer review

Practice guilds, code reviews and squad retrospectives every sprint.

The transparency report

Every quarter, starting in Q1 2027, we publish the numbers clients ask for in due diligence. Our delivery KPIs are management-reported and not independently assured yet.

What the report covers

Delivery
SLA adherence (trailing 12 months), time to deploy, replacements.
Vetting funnel
pass rates at each of the 5 gates.
People
distribution by office and practice (as percentages), attrition, women by level.
Local capacity
local ratio by Gulf squad and BOT centre.
Security
incident summary and audit findings closed.

Carbon and environment

Our footprint is mostly people, offices and travel. Delivery is remote-first, so travel is the exception rather than the rule. Client workloads run in cloud regions the client chooses, so hosting emissions sit in the client’s own reporting.

We have not yet published a measured baseline. We will measure Scope 1, Scope 2 and business travel under the GHG Protocol and publish the results in the transparency report. The baseline year will be 2026.

20 minutes with a solutions architect. No sales script.

We support registering our Saudi entity on Etimad, its LCGPA local-content certificate and DGA registration are in progress, and its local-content details are included in the procurement pack. Build-Operate-Transfer centres follow a written plan to raise their local ratio and transfer knowledge to the client’s own hires, so the capability stays in the Kingdom.

The report publishes SLA adherence, time to deploy, replacements, pass rates at each of the 5 vetting gates, the distribution of specialists by office and practice in percentages, attrition, women by level, local ratios on Gulf squads and a security incident summary. The delivery KPIs are management-reported and not independently assured yet.

We publish the share of women in each practice and level every year, review pay by level annually, and commit to including at least one woman on every Lead-level interview panel. Hybrid working is offered on internal roles wherever client requirements allow it.

Not yet in published form. We will measure Scope 1, Scope 2 and business travel under the GHG Protocol and publish the baseline in the transparency report. Because delivery is remote-first and workloads run in client-chosen cloud regions, most hosting emissions fall within the client’s own reporting.

Clients pay for specialists who can work unsupervised from the first sprint. Every Remote Pro Ai specialist is Mid (4–6 years), Senior (6–9) or Lead (9+) level. Our development work focuses on moving people up that path, through certification, peer review and Lead-level mentoring.
