  2. Within 48 hours · Review a shortlist. Anonymised profiles with intro video and vetting scores. Interview or skip.

  3. Days 1–⁠3 · Sign online. Click-through NDA, then MSA, Order Form, DPA and IP assignment, signed electronically.

  4. Day 4 · Start. The engineer joins your Jira, GitHub and Slack or Teams, accounts and security induction follow our Day 0–⁠3 checklist, and the trial clock starts.

If an engineer leaves or underperforms, a replacement starts within 4 working days; the full handover completes in under 14 days, and the handover overlap is not billed.

Your managers do. Engineers join your stand-ups, tools and code review, and take work from your backlog. Remote Pro Ai handles everything around the work: selection, seniority checks, monthly performance reviews, leave cover, equipment, payroll and replacement. Your managers keep full authority over priorities and ways of working.

Yes. After you accept the click-through NDA, names and full CVs are revealed and you can book video interviews that fit your time zone. You can also skip interviews and rely on the no-bill trial (one per company: 5 working days in self-serve bookings, 10 in the Enterprise lane): if the engineer is not right, cancel inside the trial and receive no invoice.

Full time is the default; part-time seats are available for roles such as security or design. You set the core hours you need and we match candidates to them, recorded in the Order Form. Cairo is 0–⁠1 hour from Riyadh and shares a full working day with Dubai and Europe. US clients get shifted hours covering East Coast mornings.

Press Replace in Client OS and add a reason if you wish. A named standby is proposed at once and starts within 4 working days; the two engineers overlap for handover and the overlap days are not billed. There is no limit on replacements during the contract, and the same guarantee covers the new engineer from day one.

Yes. You can move any engineer to your own payroll for a published conversion fee: 25% of first-year gross salary in months 1–⁠6, 15% in months 7–⁠12 and nothing after 12 months of engagement. If you have no entity in the engineer’s country, we can arrange employment through an employer-of-record partner.

Add seats at any time from Client OS; every new seat starts in 4 working days, bench or off-bench. Reducing seats takes effect once the 1-month minimum term has passed, with 30 days’ notice. Every change is issued as an amendment to your Order Form, so contract, invoice and roster always stay in step.
