Every gate is scored by people, with specific feedback if you do not pass. The technical assessment uses webcam proctoring with your consent, and our AI-assistance policy is shown before each gate. Pass rates are published on our vetting page.

A standby assignment means you are named as a backup for a live squad. You complete the client’s pre-onboarding, such as a security module, so you can start within 4 working days if needed.

Engineers and specialists with at least 4 years of professional experience in one of our 9 practices, from AI and cybersecurity to design and sales. We place 3 levels only: Mid (4–⁠6 years), Senior (6–⁠9) and Lead (9+). We do not place junior engineers or students, and every member passes the same 5 vetting gates.

Up to 10 working days from submitting your application to a decision, if you book your assessment and interview promptly. The background check usually takes about 5 working days and runs alongside the later gates. Talent OS shows your status at every gate, so you always know what comes next.

Rates depend on your level, practice and the client’s market, and you see the rate for every engagement before you accept it; pay bands are not published. Payouts arrive on the 5th of every month through Deel or Remote.com, in USD, EGP, SAR or AED, and a late payout earns 1% of the delayed amount per week.

A standby assignment names you as a backup for a live client squad. You complete the client’s pre-onboarding in advance so you can start within 4 working days if a seat opens. Standby pays a stipend of 20% of your monthly rate for each month, and it often leads to a full engagement with that client.

You receive written feedback for each dimension we scored, with learning resources for the gaps. You can re-apply after 6 months, and your earlier results are not held against you. Many accepted engineers passed on their second application after closing a specific gap, such as system design.

No. Most engagements are remote, and we work with engineers across the Middle East, Africa and Europe who can work as independent contractors from their country of residence. Some roles need onsite days in Riyadh, Al-Khobar or Dubai, and these are marked clearly in each listing.
