Our clients are enterprises, regulated institutions and funded startups that expect engineers to work independently from day 1. Remote Pro Ai is contractually responsible for the quality of every placement, so we place only Mid, Senior and Lead engineers. If you are not there yet, leave your email and we will remind you once.
Yes. Choose 1 primary role and up to 2 secondary roles in the same or a related practice. Vetting focuses on your primary role. After you are accepted, you can add assessments for other roles in Talent OS without repeating the whole process.
That is common, especially for engineers who work on private client code. Add a CV or LinkedIn profile, and later share code samples, a portfolio or a short technical write-up. The technical assessment and practical interview carry far more weight than public repositories.
