Managed software delivery: we own the outcome, under SLAs

Managed Delivery puts the outcome on us: a delivery lead owns scope, timeline and quality under SLAs. A missed SLA earns service credits of 5–15% without a claim.

In short

Managed Delivery is Remote Pro Ai’s model for managed software delivery. Our delivery lead takes responsibility for scope, timeline, quality and risk against acceptance criteria you set, reports weekly and meets you quarterly. SLA misses trigger the service credits written into your contract, without a claim from you. The team deploys in 4 working days while a 2-week discovery fixes the plan.

You set what “done” means. We run the team, the plan and the risk, and put our fees behind it.

What we own in managed software delivery

Scope
a prioritised plan agreed in discovery, with change control.
Timeline
release and milestone dates committed in the SOW and tracked weekly.
Quality
definition of done, test coverage targets, production-defect and fix-time targets, and security gates per release.
Risk
a live risk register with owners and mitigation dates.
Continuity
replacements without delivery gaps, covered by standbys.
Warranty
60 days after go-live on every fixed-scope release or milestone; defects against the acceptance criteria are fixed free, as on every fixed-scope delivery.
Your own KPIs where relevant, such as response time, availability or conversion rate.

Every commitment is written into the SOW with its measurement method, data source and the threshold at which a credit applies.

A governance rhythm your board can read

  • Every sprint (2 weeks): planning, a demo at review and a written summary.
  • Weekly: squad health report on the last working day of the week, covering velocity, quality gates, risks and people.
  • Monthly steering: roadmap, burn, change requests and staffing with your product owner.
  • Quarterly business review (QBR): outcomes against plan, SLA index and next-quarter priorities.
  • Escalation path in the SOW: Squad Lead → Governance Officer → Head of Delivery → Chairman.

Service credits are calculated from the measures in your SOW and applied to your next invoice, without a claim from you. Total credits in a month are capped at 15% of the monthly fee, as set in your Order Form. Exclusions, such as client-caused blockers, are listed on the guarantee page.

AI-assisted sprint summaries, signed off by a person

At the end of every sprint, Client OS drafts a summary from your Jira or Linear board and your repositories: what shipped, what slipped, scope changes, risks and blockers. Your delivery lead checks and edits it before it is sent, in English or Arabic, to Client OS, email and Slack or Teams.

Example (illustrative)
Sprint 14: 23 of 26 tasks closed. mada payment integration complete; reconciliation report moved to Sprint 15 pending test-environment access. Medium risk: national identity API approval. Action: meeting with the identity team on Sunday.
  • Draft generated from your tools, never from guesswork
  • Human approval before anything reaches you
  • Every AI-assisted change labelled in pull requests

Managed Delivery questions

Book a scoping call

20 minutes with a solutions architect. No sales script.

It means Remote Pro Ai commits to the scope, milestones and quality criteria written in your SOW, not just to supplying people. Our delivery lead manages the plan and the team, reports weekly, and our fees carry service credits if we miss an SLA. You keep the right to accept or reject each milestone.

Choose Managed Delivery when you want a result and a date rather than a team to manage, when you lack dedicated engineering management, or when your board or regulator expects regular, independent reporting. Our delivery lead carries full accountability, and fees are tied to written SLAs and service credits. Team Extension suits teams that already run their own delivery.

Each SLA in your Order Form has a breach threshold and a defined credit. Client OS measures the SLAs from Jira, timesheets and monitoring, calculates credits at month end and applies them to the next invoice without a claim from you. Late-start credits are 1 free day per late day, up to 10; total monthly credits are capped at 15% of the monthly fee.

Yes. Everything is built in your repositories and tools, or in an environment you can audit. You see the roster, sprint boards, defects, risks and the SLA dashboard live in Client OS, receive a reviewed summary after every sprint and can attend any ceremony. Managed does not mean hidden.

Discovery takes 2 weeks and runs while the team onboards. It produces requirements, a risk register and a milestone plan with acceptance criteria. Discovery is quoted as its own line, so you can stop after it with a usable plan if you choose, and you own everything it produced.

Only approved tools, under a written AI-use policy and within boundaries you agree. AI-assisted changes are labelled in pull requests and a Senior or Lead engineer approves every merge. Sprint summaries are drafted with AI and edited by your delivery lead before they are sent, so nothing reaches you unchecked.

Yes. The delivery lead or selected roles can work at your premises in Riyadh or Dubai, while the rest of the team works from Cairo. On-site seats and on-site visits are separate lines in the quote, and on-site seats start within 4 working days like every other seat. On-site engineers follow your access and security policies.

After the 3-month minimum term, the contract renews monthly and ends with 30 days’ notice. On exit we hand over code, documentation, runbooks and a written transition plan. The same engineers can continue under Team Extension through an amendment, or move to your entity under Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT). There are no exit fees or hostage clauses.
