The 5 criteria every counted meeting meets
| # | Criterion | What proves it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Right company | Inside your ideal customer profile, with an active company registry record, in your contract’s market |
| 2 | Right person | A title on your agreed persona list, or documented influence on the decision |
| 3 | Need in their own words | The attendee stated the need before the meeting; the quote is recorded with its source |
| 4 | Actually held | At least 20 minutes, with the buyer present on time and your named representative invited |
| 5 | Net-new and not excluded | Not a current customer, partner, employee or excluded contact, and not an active prospect in the last 90 days |
Criteria 1 and 5 are checked by the system from records, not by opinion. If any of the 5 is false, the meeting cannot count, whatever its score. Behind every meeting there is also consent on record (PDPL, GDPR + PECR or CAN-SPAM + TCPA, depending on the market), your account manager’s approval before the invite and your executive brief at least 24 hours ahead: those are how we work, not conditions you have to check. Consent rules by market.
If the buyer attended on time and this is documented, the meeting counts as held even if your representative missed it; if the buyer did not show, it is not counted and is replaced.
