The Saudi contracting entity is the Saudi company that owns and represents the Remote Pro Ai brand in the Kingdom. Registration numbers are shared in the data-room pack. Our headquarters and main delivery centre are in Nasr City, Cairo, and our Saudi office is in Al-Khobar, for Gulf operations and onsite squads. We do not have offices in Riyadh or Dubai; we meet clients there by appointment, and UAE contracts run through our UAE contracting entity (Remote Pro Ai FZ-LLC). Most engineers work remotely from Cairo, inside your tools and, where required, inside your environment. Onsite and hybrid seats are available in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Remote and onsite seats both start within 4 working days.

Each contract includes a DPA with the annex your law requires: Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL and DIFC, or GDPR with standard contractual clauses. You also choose a residency pattern, such as engineers working only inside your environment, which is written into the Statement of Work.

Quotes are available in SAR, AED, USD and EUR, and invoices also in EGP for Egyptian clients and GBP for UK clients, with VAT shown separately where it applies. Saudi clients receive ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices from our Saudi entity. Payment options depend on your market and checkout lane, from card payments to bank transfer on net-30 terms.

Gulf clients share a full working day with Cairo, German clients get 7–⁠8 hours and UK clients 6 hours. US East Coast clients get 3–⁠5 hours on shifted schedules. The time-zone tool shows the exact overlap for your city, including Ramadan hours.
