Both. Squads work from the Nasr City centre or remotely under the same security policies, and most connect to client environments through VDI or client-managed devices. Where a client requires it, seats can be office-based only, which is written into the Statement of Work.

Founder and Chairman Abdelmagid Said leads the company from Cairo, with the Head of Delivery, the Head of Governance & Trust and the heads of each engineering practice. Named leaders join quarterly business reviews for larger engagements, so senior people stay accountable for delivery after the contract is signed.

Headquarters keeps Sunday-to-Thursday hours, but client-facing squads follow their client’s calendar. UAE, European and US squads work a Monday-to-Friday week, and US squads use shifted hours for live overlap with Eastern time. SOC and on-call rotas run 24/7, including Fridays, weekends and public holidays.
