Rate ranges show what you are paid for the engagement, before your own taxes. Payout provider charges and FX conversion, if any, are itemised line by line in your monthly statement. Client names are confidential until both sides accept an NDA. Listings describe the client by sector, size and location instead, such as a Tier-1 Saudi bank in Riyadh. After a hold or interview request, you receive a prep brief, and the name appears once the NDA is in place.

A standby role names you as a backup for a live client squad. You complete the client’s pre-onboarding so you can start within 4 working days if a seat opens. Standby roles pay a stipend under published rules and often turn into a full engagement with the same client.

No, but you need the overlap each role states. Gulf roles usually need working hours that overlap Sunday to Thursday in GMT+3/+4, and European roles need at least 3 hours of CET overlap. The time-zone filter shows only roles that fit the hours you can work.
