Key terms at a glance
Mutual
obligations apply equally to the client and Remote Pro Ai.
What is covered
business, technical and security information, pricing, unreleased products and engineer identities.
Purpose
information is used only to evaluate or perform an engagement.
Care
each party protects the other’s information at least as carefully as its own, and never less than reasonably.
Exclusions
information already public, already known, independently developed or lawfully received from others.
Compelled disclosure
advance notice where lawful, and only the minimum required.
Duration
confidentiality lasts 5 years from disclosure; trade secrets for as long as they remain secret.
Return or destruction
on request, with written confirmation.
Engineer identities
engineers revealed after the NDA are engaged only through Remote Pro Ai or the MSA conversion option.
No obligation
signing creates no duty to proceed and grants no licence.
Acceptance
click-through acceptance is recorded with name, work email, time and governing-law variant.
Precedence
once an MSA is signed, its confidentiality clause takes over for that engagement.
Governing law
KSA, UAE or ADGM, EU, UK or US variant.
One NDA, 3 places you will meet it
Accept once per company and variant. The record carries across booking, the Trust Center and the games track.
Booking, step 6
after you see anonymised shortlist profiles, the NDA reveals full names, work histories and interview booking.
Trust Center
accepting the NDA releases gated documents such as audit reports, penetration-test summaries and insurance certificates.
Games NDA-first gate
studios accept the NDA before sharing unannounced titles, builds or design documents, so scoping can start safely.
Already accepted on behalf of your company? Sign in with your work email and the NDA will be recognised.
Choose the law that fits your company
Obligations are identical across variants. Only governing law, forum and prevailing language change.
| Variant | Governing law | Forum | Prevailing language |
|---|---|---|---|
| KSA | Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Saudi courts or SCCA arbitration | Arabic |
| UAE / ADGM | ADGM law, or UAE federal law for onshore entities | ADGM Courts, or DIAC arbitration (seated in the DIFC) | English (ADGM); Arabic before onshore courts |
| EU | Law of the client’s EU member state | Courts of that member state | English |
| UK | Laws of England and Wales | English courts | English |
| US | New York or Delaware law | State or federal courts in the chosen state | English |
Choose the variant for the country where your company is registered. Companies registered elsewhere, including Egypt, use the UK variant.
Clause outline
The English and Arabic texts are published on this page (version 2026.10; last legal review: pending counsel). For the KSA variant, the Arabic text prevails.
