Request access to security documents
Remote Pro Ai shares its NDA-gated security documents, such as control mappings and completed questionnaires, once each one is issued. From the platform launch, access takes 3 steps and about 2 minutes: a short form, a one-time code to your work email and a click-through NDA. Until then, request documents from the register and we reply within 2 working days.

Frequently asked questions
A work email shows you belong to the company accepting the NDA, so we can approve access instantly. Personal addresses such as Gmail are accepted too, but our team reviews them manually, usually within 1 working day, to confirm the organisation first. To skip that review, request again with your work email.
Selecting Accept is an electronic signature, and we record your name, verified work email, company, IP address, time and NDA variant as evidence. Governing law follows the variant for your company's country, and a signed PDF copy reaches your inbox straight away. In the KSA variant, the Arabic text prevails.
Upload it on this page. Our legal team reviews it within 2 working days and replies with acceptance as is or specific changes. Once it's signed, you open the same documents with no extra steps, and the signed NDA stays on record, so colleagues from your company don't repeat the process.
Viewer access lasts for the access period shown when your request is approved, and download links expire 7 days after you create them. You can create a new link at any time from the documents page, and every view and download is logged. Expiring links stop documents circulating outside your organisation.
No. Access is personal: it's tied to your email, and every file carries your name as a watermark. Colleagues request access themselves; your company's accepted NDA already covers them, so they only verify their work email. That way both security teams can see exactly who opened each document.
