How we build our reports

  • Our own data first

Quotations, placements and vetting records, anonymised before analysis.

  • Ranges and medians, not averages

We publish indicative ranges or medians, which resist the outliers that distort small markets.

  • Minimum sample

Every published range rests on at least 10 underlying records; thinner cells show “—“.

  • Clear levels

Mid (4–6 years), Senior (6–9) and Lead (9+), as in our Talent Blueprint.

  • Stated limits

Every report lists what its data cannot tell you.

Mainly from our own operations: quotations, placements and vetting records, anonymised before analysis. We add public salary data only where stated as such, and every report includes a methodology section with sources, period, sample sizes and the limits of the data.

Yes. Key findings sit on each open landing page so anyone can read and cite them. The full PDF with data tables is free after a short form with your work email. We use your details to send the report and, only if you opt in, future research.

The GCC & Egypt Tech Talent Salary & Rate Guide is published once a year with the same method, so years can be compared. The 2026 edition covers 13 roles at Mid, Senior and Lead level. If a market moves sharply mid-year, we publish a dated update note rather than silently changing figures.

Yes. Cite “Remote Pro Ai” and the report title, and link to the report page where possible. Figures may be quoted in articles, board papers and RFP justifications. If you plan to republish whole tables, ask the research team first through the press office.

We publish a report only when its own dataset meets our minimum sample size. Reports in preparation are announced so subscribers know what is coming, but they have no landing page until the data is ready and checked. Subscribe to hear when each one launches.
