No. We do not quote a savings percentage before seeing your bill, because results depend on architecture and existing commitments. Within 30 days the cell delivers a savings backlog with an estimated value for each item, so you can judge the return before the work continues.
Yes. Many migrations run beside an incumbent support vendor. The Cloud Architect agrees responsibilities in a shared RACI during week 1, covering who owns change approvals, incident response and each migration wave. All work follows your change-management process and ticketing tools.
Accounts in your identity provider, read access to the target cloud organisation, your ticketing and source-control tools, and a VDI or bastion if your policy requires one. The Day 0–3 onboarding checklist lists every item, so your security team can approve access before the squad starts.
Yes. If you would rather hand over scope, timeline and acceptance criteria, the same squad can switch to Managed Delivery through a contract amendment. The people stay the same; what changes is who owns the outcome, how milestones are accepted and how invoicing is structured.
