The Remote Pro Ai Milestone Payment Plan sets app development milestone payments in stages: 20% at kickoff, 17.5% on each of 4 accepted milestones and 10% on handover. How app development milestone payments work

Step 1 · Plan
the next milestone’s checklist and amount are confirmed; nothing is invoiced until you accept the work.
Step 2 · Build
the team works to the milestone’s written acceptance checklist; weekly demos show progress.
Step 3 · Test
you test on your phone with a TestFlight, Google Play internal or web preview link.
Step 4 · Accept
tap accept, or it auto-accepts after 10 working days of silence, with reminders on working days 5 and 8.
Step 5 · Invoice
the milestone invoice is issued, and the IP for that work is yours on payment.

If something on the checklist does not pass, tap “Needs changes” and describe it. Nothing is invoiced until the item is fixed and you accept.

What it costs

Remote Pro Ai charges nothing extra for paying by milestone. Milestone amounts follow the fixed price in your proposal: 20%, 4 × 17.5% and 10%. BNPL providers set their own terms, which they show before you confirm.

Split payments with Tabby

In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, you can choose Tabby at checkout for an eligible milestone payment. The provider pays Remote Pro Ai in full and you repay the provider in instalments under its terms. The provider shows its schedule and any fees before you confirm.

  • You are paying a milestone for a Remote Pro Ai founder package.
  • You pay in SAR or AED, from Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
  • You pass the provider’s identity and affordability checks at checkout.
  • You pay as an individual or sole proprietor, and the milestone is up to SAR or AED 20,000 and within the limit the provider offers you.

Founders outside Saudi Arabia and the UAE pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer, with the same milestone plan.

Only after you accept it. Remote Pro Ai invoices a milestone when you accept it on staging, or after 10 working days without a response. If the work does not pass its checklist, nothing is invoiced until it does, and if we cannot deliver it, any amount you have paid towards it is refunded in full within 10 working days.

Remote Pro Ai adds no fee for milestone payments or for choosing BNPL. Tabby sets its own terms, and any fees it charges are shown by the provider before you confirm. Paying on the provider’s schedule usually avoids extra costs, but always read their terms at checkout.

You can choose BNPL for any eligible milestone, subject to the provider’s approval and limits each time. Many founders use it for the kickoff payment and pay later milestones by mada or card as revenue arrives. Your build schedule does not change with your payment method.

You receive reminders after 5 and 8 working days. If there is still no response after 10 working days, the milestone auto-accepts so the team can continue. This protects your launch date. If you are travelling, tell your product manager and the review window can be extended by agreement.

Yes, if you prefer, and nothing about the milestones changes: each still has an acceptance checklist and weekly demos. Most founders choose milestones because they keep control and spread cost across the build. Either way, the IP for each milestone is assigned to you as it is paid.

Not at the moment. Founders elsewhere pay by milestone with card or bank transfer in USD or EUR, with the same invoice-on-acceptance rules. The milestone plan itself, with 20% at kickoff, 4 accepted milestones and 10% on handover, is available in every country we serve.
