In short

Artists and technical artists who build to your references, import cleanly into your engine and scale with your content plan.

Art & Tech-Art Pods are Remote Pro Ai game art outsourcing teams of 3 to 8 artists and technical artists who produce assets to your style guide and integrate them into your engine. The 6 pod types cover environments, characters, animation, VFX, UI and technical art, and every pod starts with a 2-week paid pilot batch.

Art styles our pods deliver

Our public portfolio shows released and cleared work. The full portfolio, including unreleased titles, is shared after the NDA and filtered by style, engine and asset type.

  • Realistic PBR: environments, props and characters for PC and console.
  • Stylised: hand-painted and toon-shaded worlds for all platforms.
  • Anime and cel-shaded characters with custom outline shaders.
  • Mobile-optimised low and mid poly with tight texture budgets.
  • Middle Eastern architecture, costume and calligraphy, researched for authenticity.
  • UI and 2D: HUD, menus, icons and key art, including Arabic typography.

How we measure art throughput

Throughput depends on style, complexity and review speed, so we measure it instead of promising a number. The pilot batch sets the baseline for your monthly capacity plan.

  • Assets graded by complexity tier: small, medium, large and hero.
  • Pilot batch of 2 weeks sets output per artist per tier.
  • 2 feedback rounds included per asset; further rounds tracked separately.
  • First-pass acceptance rate reported monthly.
  • Monthly capacity plan agreed with your art director.

Game art outsourcing: pod pricing

The 2-week pilot batch is a fixed fee from USD 7,400. After it, pods bill monthly from USD 17,000 per pod, with seats added in 4 working days and removed with 30 days’ notice after the 3-month minimum term.

  • What shapes your quotation

    • Style and complexity: hero characters cost more than modular props.
    • Pod type and size.
    • Engine integration and technical art depth.
    • Review cadence and turnaround you need.
  • Guarantee

    • Any artist replaced for any reason: a replacement starts within 4 working days; the full handover completes in under 14 days.
    • Art IP assignment signed before payment, effective as each invoice is paid.
    • Assets in your depot only, under the leak controls described in Game Security.
  • Results

Pods start from your style guide, reference boards and approved assets. The lead artist produces a style test in the first days of the pilot, which your art director reviews before volume production begins. Feedback is tracked per asset, so each round moves closer to your target look.

The pilot batch is 2 weeks of production on real assets from your backlog, priced as a fixed fee. It measures quality, first-pass acceptance and output per artist for each complexity tier. You use the results to plan monthly capacity, or stop without a longer commitment.

Yes. Technical artists and most environment artists import, set up materials and test assets in Unreal Engine or Unity, inside your depot. Automated checks for polycount, texel density, LODs and naming run before submission, so your team receives assets that work in the build, not just in a render.

Yes. Our artists research regional architecture, costume, patterns and calligraphy, and Arabic-speaking reviewers check text and symbols. For a full MENA release, pair the pod with the MENA Launch Kit, which adds culturalisation review, right-to-left UI and Arabic linguistic QA.

2 rounds of feedback per asset are included in the monthly pod. Further rounds are tracked so you can see where review time goes, and the lead artist flags patterns, such as unclear briefs, that slow the pipeline. The aim is a rising first-pass acceptance rate each month.

You do. The art IP assignment is signed before any payment and takes effect as each invoice is paid. Source files, not only exports, are delivered to your depot. At the end of the engagement you receive an IP handover certificate listing every delivered asset.
