Role summary

We are hiring an Integration & API Engineer to connect our core systems, partners and channels through secure, governed APIs and events. You will design API products, build enterprise integrations, deliver payment and Open Banking standards, and run change-data-capture pipelines. Success means faster partner onboarding, reliable data flows and APIs that pass security review first time.

Responsibilities

  1. Design API products with gateways, versioning and developer portals.
  2. Implement enterprise integration with MuleSoft, Boomi or Azure Integration Services.
  3. Deliver ISO 20022, Open Banking and payment-scheme integrations.
  4. Build event streaming and change-data-capture pipelines.
  5. Secure APIs with OAuth 2.0, mTLS and rate-limiting policies.
  6. Monitor integrations and resolve failures using clear runbooks.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years in integration or API engineering for enterprise systems.
  2. Hands-on with Apigee, Kong, Azure APIM or a comparable gateway.
  3. Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO or Oracle OIC.
  4. Strong grasp of REST, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0 and mTLS.
  5. Event streaming with Kafka or Kafka Connect.
  6. Ability to map complex data models between systems.
