Dedicated Pod pricing

Seats are priced by level: Mid (4–⁠6 years) from USD 4,450 a month, Senior (6–⁠9) from USD 5,850 and Lead (9+) from USD 7,600. Billing is monthly in arrears by card, mada or transfer. Verified startups receive −10% for the first 3 months, and 3+ engineers earn −4%; all discounts cap at −15%.

  • What shapes your quotation

    • Practice: prices are per practice and level; AI & Data and Cybersecurity seats are priced above the base bands.
    • Term length: 6 months earns −5%, 12 months −10%.
    • Seniority mix and the number of seats.
    • Time-zone overlap, such as US Eastern hours.
    • Onsite days in Riyadh, Al-Khobar or Dubai.

  • Guarantee

    • One 5-working-day no-bill trial per company.
    • Replacement for any reason; handover overlap is not billed.
    • 1 free day for every late start day, capped at 10.
    • Service credits under the Remote Pro Ai Guarantee, capped at 15% of the monthly fee.

In team extension, individual engineers join your team and you manage them day to day. A Dedicated Pod is a self-contained unit with its own pod lead, ceremonies and Friday health report, built for founders who do not have an engineering manager yet. Remote Pro Ai runs the team’s delivery; you set priorities.

The smallest pod is 2 engineers, and the minimum term is 3 months. After that the team renews monthly, with 30 days’ notice to reduce or end it. Reminders arrive 45, 30 and 7 days before the minimum term ends, so you never roll into another month without deciding to.

Yes, and we recommend it. Engineers who built or hardened your product are offered first when you convert, subject to their availability. The change is a contract amendment, your MSA does not change, and any remaining accelerator perk credit is applied to the first pod invoice.

A new seat starts within 4 working days of the amendment, whether it comes from our bench, off-bench or onsite. If a launch date is fixed, tell your team lead early and we can place a free 72-hour hold on named engineers while you confirm.

Use the replace button in Client OS or tell your team lead. You do not need a reason. We shortlist a replacement with the same stack: a replacement starts within 4 working days; the full handover completes in under 14 days, and the handover overlap is not billed. The outgoing engineer is billed only to their last working day.

Yes. The published conversion fee is 25% of first-year gross salary in months 1–⁠6, 15% in months 7–⁠12 and nothing after 12 months of continuous engagement.
